Miller Cleaning Services grew out of our restoration work. Helping homeowners after water damage and other property problems showed us how much it matters to feel comfortable in your own home.

Our Air-Care DuctMaster III pairs a rotating brush with vacuum extraction. The brush loosens debris as the vacuum captures the material.

What is included in air duct cleaning?
Our service focuses on supply and return ductwork. The number of vents and HVAC systems affects your package. Air handler cleaning, coil cleaning, camera inspections, and other treatments are additional options to discuss when requesting your estimate.
How long should I plan for the visit?
Air duct cleaning typically takes 3–5 hours. Standard dryer vent cleaning typically takes an hour or less. More vents, multiple floors, difficult access, or substantial buildup can change the time required.
Can you clean a dryer vent that exits through the roof?
Yes, Miller offers options for roof, soffit, and second-story exits as well as standard wall exits. Access and vent complexity affect the price, so please describe the exit location and include a photo if available.
Can both services be done together?
Yes. Standard dryer vent cleaning starts at $99 when added to air duct cleaning. That price is the dryer-vent portion only. The final combined quote depends on your home and the work involved.
What details help you prepare my estimate?
For air ducts, tell us the number of HVAC systems, supply vents, returns, and floors. For dryer vents, include the approximate length, exit location, and access. It’s fine if you don’t know every detail—Amy can help you work through it.
